Hello,
This is me.

Okay, that’s how I used to look. But now, I can be more often seen like this.

Or sometimes like this.

About 20 something years ago, I was born in a south indian community where people care too much about others, like what their neighbours had for lunch, what the girl next street wore to school and how some guy stalked her. But it is also the community where people respect their families over anything else, divorce is a rare event and when you are in trouble, the whole neighbourhood is with you to help!
I started my life as a daughter and a sister. I am convinced that I have got the best mom and dad in the whole world. With my sister, I share nothing but lots of untold love.
During childhood I was well known for day dreaming and starting new hobbies all the time only to leave it half way and start something else. In that way, I am a half singer, dancer, painter, quality analyst, web designer and much more. My hobbies changed with my changing dreams.
Childhood also reminds me about the mess that I was and the countless embarrassments that I had. But I always carried with me a spark which I knew not what. It helped me change, be flexible and keep my spirit up so that I will find my own inspiration some day.
Having been brought up in a community which still embraces the idea of arranged marriages especially among relatives, I thought I had no much choice. But I am just fortunate for having gotten the power to ‘choose’ a husband while still having all the advantages of an arranged marriage.
I married a man who is even more than my dreams. Among other things, what I love most in this man is that he completes me, in every aspect of myself. It makes me wonder what I would have done if it’s not for him.
3 years of marriage and now the fruit of our marriage sleeps in between us. Needless to say, this little soul that found it’s way through the birth canal a cut-up uterus just over an year ago, has become the center of our universe. He inspired me and developed my personality.
I never dreamed of being a writer and I never even tried writing an essay of 10 sentences. I started my first blog in 2007 as an attempt to keep a personal journal of my travel, photos and the fights with hubby
and to be read by nobody. I tried a dozen different blogs out of which only this and my informal pregnancy journal remain published.
This blog was started after the birth of my son and the initial posts were originally hand written journal of my baby and were published only after a few months. The actual first post of this blog was this, which I couldn’t help but write. It gave some meaning and inspiration to this blog and thus I continued to blog.
That’s what I wanted to share about myself. If you’ve got something to say, you can post a comment or send an email to trulyinspiredmom (at) gmail (dot) com. I shall reply back as early as possible.
This blog is like my home. An internet home. I love having guests around. Guest can speak their minds. But it hurts me for my guests to sit in my living room and be particularly rude to me. I cannot promise to be polite to them and entertain them any further. Hence I reserve the rights to delete rude and irrelevant comments.
